USPS Introduces Pricing Adjustments for July 2024

The U.S. Postal Service has announced today new pricing adjustments scheduled to take effect on July 14, 2024.
These adjustments include various mailing services, such as a 5-cent increase in the cost of First-Class Mail, raising it from 68 cents to 73 cents. The additional-ounce price for single-piece letters will rise from 24 cents to 28 cents.
If approved, the proposed changes will elevate mailing services product prices by approximately 7.8%.

The Postal Service seeks modifications in prices for Special Services products, such as Certified Mail and money order fees.
