Proposed Mailing Services Price Changes to Take Effect July 9, 2023.

The U.S. Postal Service has announced new proposed prices for July 2023. These changes consist of a three-cent rise in the cost of First-Class Mail®, which would increase from 63 cents to 66 cents (5.4% increase). If approved, it will be the second increase of the First-Class Mail® this year.
The July 2023 proposed Mailing Services price changes include:

First-Class Mail International® Postcards | $1.45 | $1.50 |
The USPS also plans price adjustments for Special Services products including Certified Mail®.
