1. Order Priority Mail flat rate boxes and envelopes on the USPS website, or pick them up at your local Post Office. The USPS provides them free of charge. 

2. Pack up the contents and ship from the Post Office, or use your shipping software and ship right from your office. The USPS will pick them up for you. 

3. Log into your shipping software to track your package through to its final destination.

How much would it be if your box is 35 lbs. and you want to send it in your own box, priority flat rate.

Hi Elizabeth, to qualify for flat rate shipping prices you must use specific USPS flat rate boxes. If you want to use your own box and send a 35 lb package via priority mail the price will vary based on the distance you are sending the package but it will be between $29 and $147.
